Michael Howard brings over 20 years of expertise in lighting control programming and design to the Advanced Technical Solutions group at L&M. Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered innovative, customer-focused solutions in both commercial and residential applications. Michael joined L&M in 2013 and has been a cornerstone of the team ever since.

He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Penn State University and is a Journeyman Wireman/Technician trained through the IBEW. Michael also holds multiple manufacturer certifications in control system design and programming, reinforcing his deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience in complex integration projects.

As a key member of the Advanced Technical Solutions group, Michael is committed to driving innovation and maintaining L&M’s leadership in the lighting control market. His forward-thinking approach supports the company’s mission of staying on the cutting edge of technology while upholding a legacy of exceptional service and support.
